PhishNotify is an add-in for Outlook that allows suspicious emails to be reported from your inbox. It may be labeled as:
- Report Email
- Submit Email
- PhishNotify
- Report Phishing
In the New Outlook, Classic Outlook, and Outlook Web it should have a 'Red Fish' attached to it. Mobile devices may or may not see the 'Red Fish' depending on your device.
When you receive a suspicious email, PhishNotify can be used to submit the email for review, allowing the message to be safely submitted without interacting with the email. PhishNotify can be used to report any questionable emails. If PhishNotify isn't available to you, you can always send the suspicious email to [email protected].
