Depending on how you set-up multi-factor authentication on your account, you'll need to log into our webmail and reset your authentication method.



Click Sign in at the top right-hand corner Use your Town email address Click your name at the top right-hand corner of the screen and then choose View Account
Choose UPDATE INFO > You may see a number of sign-in methods here. The one we're concerned with is called a Hardware Token. You'll need to delete the one listed and create a new one if you don't have the one you initially created saved somewhere. Click the CREATE button
Choose a name for your Hardware Token and the choose next Make sure you choose copy password to clipboard as we'll need it to access Outlook. Choose close Make sure you see the name you chose for your Hardware Token listed
Open Outlook. When it asks for your password, paste what you copied previously into the Password area
