There are two ways to get Town email on an iPhone: using Active Sync or through the Microsoft Outlook app.


To use Active Sync, please do the following:

  1. Tap Settings > Mail > Add Account > Microsoft Exchange
  2. Enter your Town email address, then tap Next. You can also enter an account description.

  3. After you enter your email address, choose Sign In or Configure Manually.

  4. Tap Sign In to automatically discover your Exchange account information.

  5. Tap Configure Manually to set up your account with Basic authentication. Enter your email password, then tap Next. You might also be prompted to enter additional server information. Our server is outlook.office365.com

  6. You can sync mail, contacts, calendars, reminders, and notes. When you're finished, tap Save.

To use the Microsoft Outlook app, please do the following:

  1. Download the Microsoft Outlook application from the Apple Store
  2. Open the Microsoft Outlook application after it has downloaded
  3. Enter your Town email address and choose Add Account
  4. If you're asked to enter your email provider, type in outlook.office365.com and choose Add Email Account
  5. Enter your email account password and tap Sign In.
  6. Accept any prompts for permission you may receive. Swipe through the features and you're now ready to use Outlook for iOS!
