Good question: where is that 'P' drive anyway?
Well, the 'P' drive is simply a shared folder out on our file server. The 'P' drive is our 'public folder' accessible to any Town staff member with a computer account. It is usually used for sharing documents amongst different departments and saving forms that everyone in the Town needs access to. The 'P' drive should be mapped for your account when you login to our system for the first time. You can find it by opening Windows Explorer: either type windows explorer into the search box in the lower left-hand corner of your screen or press the Windows key and the E key simultaneously on your keyboard. When you've done this simply select This PC in the left-hand column of Windows Explorer and the 'P' drive will show in the lower right-hand panel.
